Socialism has entered a new development stage in China, which is of specific theoretical logic, historical logic and realistic logic. The dialectical unity of continuity and stages of social and historical development reflects the theoretical logic of the new development stage; with the gradual realization of the goals of different stages, a powerful modern socialist country is approaching, reflecting the historical logic of the new development stage; the new journey of socialist modernization demonstrates new development characteristics, reflecting the realistic logic of the new development stage. The new development stage belongs to the primary stage of socialism; it is a stage where the primary stage of socialism begins to evolve to a higher level; it also belongs to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the new development stage, we must firmly uphold the basic line of the primary stage of socialism and give it a new connotation in line with the times, establish strategic tasks at in relation to both the economic base and superstructure, and adhere to the practice oriented principle under the guidance of the scientific way of thinking in Marxism.
