Abstract:As a major theoretical innovation achievement of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the theoretical system of Chinese-style modernization consists of the original modernization concepts, propositions and category as the theoretical symbol, the specific modernization research paradigms as the methodological support, and the original modernization theoretical narratives as the content structure. As a new form of modernization theory, the theoretical system of Chinese-style modernization is based on the reflection of the viewpoints of “the end of history” and “Western centrism”, with historical materialism as the philosophical foundation and the supremacy of the people as the value core. From the perspective of structure, the “theory of leading power”, “theory of essential attributes”, “theory of Chinese characteristics”, “theory of essential requirements”, “theory of significant advantages” of Chinese-style modernization constitute their own theoretical hardcore. This theoretical system is in synchrony with and resonates with the sinicization of Marxism, the excellent Chinese traditional culture and the modernization of socialism, forming the distinctive theoretical, cultural and practical qualities, and becoming the latest major achievement of scientific socialism.
