Abstract: “Building the community with a shared future for mankind” is the narrative theme of the international relations and international politics in the 21st century, and it also constitutes the narrative theme of the Marxist world history theory and world communication theory in the 21st century, marking a new height in the development of historical materialism and writing the Chinese version and contemporary form of the Marxist view of global history. The community with a shared future for mankind transcends the metaphysical thinking of global governance and innovates the thinking paradigm of global governance.
