Abstract: Explaining the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era from a logical system is the key to deeply comprehending the new leap in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times. It seems that this logical structure can follow the idea of responding to the questions of the times with China’s answers, which can be summarized as follows: to develop the historical materialism with the great historical view of leading the times and to strengthen the historical self-confidence; to innovate the governance with the historical orientation of the “new era” and to strengthen the political self-confidence; to sublimate the self-revolution with “staying true to the Party’s Original Aspiration and the Founding Mission” and to firm the confidence in “test”; and to deepen the dialectical thinking with a “sense of community” and to strengthen the moral confidence.
