The development of new quality productivity is the focused direction to lead the comprehensive revitalization of industries by scientific and technological innovation, which is related to the overall situation of Chinese-style modernization. Based on the three-dimensional perspective of “form-feature-motivation” , we put forward a new theoretical framework for analyzing the new quality productivity and reveal the challenges and paths of realizing the development of new quality productivity. New quality productivity is formed from the energy level leap of traditional productivity, and the scientific connotation of new quality productivity needs to be deeply understood from the dimensions of “new” and “quality” , and its deep theoretical logic is reflected in the form of new quality productivity, the characteristics of new quality productivity and the kinetic energy of new quality productivity, which interact with each other to promote the development of new quality productivity. At the present stage, China’s new quality productivity pattern is becoming, more and more distinctive, new quality productivity features are gradually appearing, and new quality productivity kinetic energy continues to be released, so the basic conditions for the development of new quality productivity are relatively good, but it still faces a lot of challenges. Therefore, based on the bottlenecks and strategic opportunities of developing new productivity, it is necessary to strengthen the driving role of scientific and technological innovation to broaden the form of new productivity; accelerate the promotion of industrial integration, clustering and greening, highlighting the characteristics of new productivity; and promote the development of efficient linkage of factors and subjects to enhance the momentum of new productivity.
