In the current and future period, the international and domestic situation is complex, and a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is emerging. The people’s expectations are showing new characteristics, and they have new expectations for the whole process people’s democracy. The comprehensive deepening of reform has new requirements for the whole process people’s democracy, so it is necessary to focus more on developing the whole process people’s democracy. The whole process of people’s democracy under the leadership of the CPC not only has complete system procedures, but also has complete participation in practice. Standing at a new historical starting point, we must explore and solve new problems encountered in new fields and practices with new ideas and methods, strive to create replicable and promotable fresh experiences, and provide institutional supply that better meets the rich and colorful practice of people’s democracy throughout the entire process.
