This paper systematically studies the latest development of Social Structures of Accumulation(SSA) theory in the 21 st century,especially since 2010. According to the research,we found that the whole framework of SSA made a clear self-improvement，whose main views are moving closer towards Marxist theory in the new century,especially after 2008. A comprehensive analysis of neo-liberal SSA and the research on the global financial crisis also highlight the basic contradictions of capitalism. The latest macro and microcosmic applications of SSA theory showed the breadth,inclusiveness and potential of this theory. In recent years,not only has the SSA theory continues to develop and mature,but more importantly，it has also showed the strong tendency of return to the traditional Marxist economic theory.
