Under complex situation we should grasp the main direction of history.The great logic that Comrade Xi Jinping has emphasized for several times is，in essence，the objective law of historical development and the scientific and theoretical logic that is reflected in human subjectivity.To correctly grasp the great historical logic of China and world requires scientific understanding of the course of history. We need to study and explicate the inner mechanism of China's governance as well as global governance，get hold of the developmental logic of China's new normal at the present stage，and formulate the principle of governance with a comprehensive outlook in line with the great logic. To that end，we should fully understand the five development concepts，with particular attention to green development.
