Wang Weiguang:Further Studying and Carrying out the Spirit of the Important Speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Thoroughly Promoting the Construction of the Discourse System of Philosophy and Social Sciences in China

The soul,characteristic，style and mode of a Discourse System of philosophy and social sciences are products of certain development stage and reflections of maturity, strength and self-confidence. In some sense,the construction of such discourse system plays a specially significant role in the overall construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.At present, however, the competence and quality of philosophy and social sciences in China has not reached the level of a“strong academic power”.We should thoroughly study and carry out the spirit of the important

speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping on philosophy and social sciences and facilitate the innovative development of our philosophy and  social sciences  with  anenhanced  discourse  system;and on  this  basis, comprehensively promote  the construction of the discourse system of philosophy and social sciences in China up to a new level.
