     Release time: 2017-06-03

Great achievements in agriculture have been gained since China’s 40-year reform in rural areas. Nevertheless, the new problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers arise against the background of industrialization, marketization and urbanization despite substantial raise in peasants’ income. Tangyue village of Anshun City in Guizhou Province has led a new pathway of organized re-cooperation since the natural calamity in 2014,successfully solving the “three rural proxies”. The illumination in “Tangyue cooperation” lies in the idea that we should further strengthen the leadership and the guidance of farmer cooperation to achieve Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts of “Second Leap” on the basis of establishing farmers’ property rights to collective economy and mobilizing their participation in the long run of rural reform and development. Mao Zedong’s thoughts on agricultural cooperation hold great significance for guidance in this sense.
