International discourse has become a crucial means to safeguard national interests in a new type of international relations. Western powers have already set up a strong US-centered discourse system in international society.Generalizing the features of discourse evolution, considering the great achievements of socialist construction in contemporary China as major resources,taking efforts to increase the strength and validity of China’s international discourse are all necessary steps to be taken in order to strengthen our discourse power in the rise of China.
