The market economy with Chinese characteristics constitutes a crucial scope in the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.It laid significant basis for opening-up policy and defined the direction of the reform.If we come to study the dynamics of market economy from the history of socialist development, we shall find out that socialism must be associated with market economy.The feasibility of incorporating market economy with socialist mechanism is rooted in the rule of socialized production, namely “the rule of minute sectors unification”.Market economy plays a crucial part in socialized production and functions as the fundamental form of social connection.Market economy couldn’t have been put forward without socialized production while the construction of socialized production is impossible without market economy.Socialist market economy could be regarded as the highest level of market economy since socialist market economy enjoys its own special rule, which could give full play to market economy as well as effectively constrain its defects.This achieves the organic incorporation of socialized production and socialized production relation, takes full advantages of fundamental economic mechanism and market economy, and forms a cohesive force.
