Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on State Governance:With the advancement of China’s modernization, modernizing state governance system and capacity has been put on a political agenda for CPC’s state governance since the 18th CPC National Congress.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made significant statements on theories of state governance from three dimensions, namely structure, strategy and mission. In the strategic layout of “Four Comprehensives”, the historical perspective, contemporary perception and development view of state governance is respectively embodied in realizing the “two centenary goals” and the China Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Exploring practices of state governance and studying Xi’s statements about state governance are important contents and objective

requirements for state governance modernization.
