2013 is the first year to implement the 18th CPC National Congress spirits, and also the first year of reform to reset sail. The proposal of “Chinese dream” is of great significance: it builds up a bridge between the Party and the masses; to unite the people with the goal, to mobilize the people, organization staff.“China dream” has a profound historical background, historical connotation and historical requirements; “Chinese dream” is proposed by the Communist Party, but not for itself, but for the benefit of the lofty pursuit of national, ethnic, people.“China dream” is a dream, the dream of Chinese nation, is a dream of every Chinese. “China dream” is not an empty slogan, also is a dream within the foreseeable future, but today we face the urgent and arduous task. The realization of “Chinese dream” must follow the objective historical dialectics; deal with the dialectical relationship ideal and hard work,reform and development, opportunities and challenges in the process of reform and opening-up.
