The mechanisms for implementing major decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is an important institutional arrangement for maintaining the authority and centralized leadership of the CPC Central Committee and ensuring the effective realization of its major decisions. Since the beginning of the new era, the specific scope and main content of the major decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee have been clarified, thereby the political and organizational functions of party organizations at all levels in implementing these decisions have been enhanced, which has resulted in the formation of a working system and mechanisms for the implementation of major decisions, effectively ensuring smooth communication of and strict compliance with the CPC Central Committee’s directives.Continuous improvement of such mechanisms requires a sense of responsibility and mission as well as conscious and determinate action. The key point is to enhance the mechanisms for implementing the important instructions and speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, This should take place within the framework of a comprehensive and strict governance system of the Party, with institutional optimization and coordination at various levels to create a long-term mechanism for addressing problems of formalism and bureaucracy. Additionally, it is crucial to follow the mass line,conduct extensive research, and effectively facilitate the implementation of the CPC Central Committee’s major decisions, thereby providing a solid political guarantee and institutional support for further deepening reform and advancing Chinese modernization.
