The trend of technological feudalism is a path of capitalist criticism opened up by current left-wing scholars abroad, forming a syllogism structure of “feudal society capitalist society technological feudalism society”. Its economic logic is mainly reflected in the fact that the exploitative accumulation of technological feudalism is an extension of primitive accumulation, which will overwhelm productive accumulation and expansive accumulation, thereby triggering economic crises. Technological feudalism has evolved into an oligopoly that relies on intellectual property and technological barriers, replacing profits with digital rent and “killing” the circulation and self proliferation capabilities of capital. Technological feudalism, relying on algorithms as the ‘visible hand’, will break through the theoretical foundation of modern economics. The cloud capital of technological feudalism parasitizes on productive and non productive capital, and when the transformation to cloud rent is completed, it will terminate the self proliferation ability of capital.
