He Jinglei: Lenin’s Thought on Socialist Cultural Construction and Its Contemporary Implications
     Release time: 2025-04-02
In the history of the development of Marxism, Lenin was not only the founder of the world’s first socialist state, but also a thinker who made profound explorations on advancing socialist cultural construction under real socialist conditions. He focused on the questions of “why” and “how” to advance socialist cultural construction, and conducted an in-depth exploration of the “strategic significance” and “strategic measures” of socialist cultural construction. This led to the formation of a systematic thought on cultural construction, which still holds significant theoretical and practical value in advancing the construction of socialist culture in China today. In advancing cultural construction in China in the new era, we must adhere to strategic thinking, with special attention to the strategic significance of socialist cultural construction in the new era, adhere to systemic thinking with an overall coordination of all elements and sectors of socialist cultural construction, and adhere to dialectical thinking with a scientific understanding of the basic principles of cultural construction.
