Reform and opening up is a crucial strategy that determines the fate of contemporary China. It serves as an essential tool for the Party and the people’s cause to keep pace with the times, providing strong momentum and institutional guarantees for China’s modernization. Reform and opening up represent a historical process that combines theory and practice with continuity in different phases. Comprehensively deepening the reform marks a new stage in this process, reflecting a deeper understanding of the law governing socialist construction and socialist reform. Over the past decade, the significant historical achievements of comprehensively deepening the reform have bolstered the forces of world socialism. Its systematic theory has greatly enriched and developed the theory of scientific socialism. Moreover, the theoretical and practical insights gained during this process offer important references for other socialist countries and developing countries in their pursuit of modernization.
