“He he” (“harmony and cooperation”) embodies traditional worldview wisdom such as “he er butong”(“harmony without uniformity”),“xiehe wanbang”(“harmonization among all nations”), and “shouzhong zhihe” (“maintaining the middle to achieve harmony”). To reinvigorate the cultural vitality of the thought of “he he”and integrate it properly into the international order in the new era, achieved the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture. In terms of sustaining conditions, the cultural interpretation of “difference”and “similarity” within the “community with shared future for mankind” transcends the traditional logical framework of “he er butong”, and thus enhances the possibility and necessity of its sustenance; In terms of constructional logic, the “community with shared future for mankind”, on the basis of adhering to the principle of “xiehe wanbang”, consolidates a broad consensus through the intrinsic connections and supposed norms of human destiny and promotes the organic shaping of the community through collaborative efforts and cooperative actions; In terms of operational rules, the “community with shared future for mankind” advances the concept of “shouzhong zhihe” which highlights the principle of moderation in the harmonious coexistence of mankind.
