The scientific nature of economics lies in its ability to explain and transform the world. The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the road of Chinese modernization that our country has embarked on do not have any ready-made theories that can provide scientific explanations and guidance, which requires our country to build China’s economics under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxist political economics and with full reference to the fruits of the world's civilization in economics. China has achieved faster and longer high-speed growth than all other capitalist countries, created the “Chinese miracle” in the history of world economic development, and put forward a series of new theories to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, so it has the theoretical and practical conditions needed to build a new economic doctrine. From learning and utilizing political economy to proposing the construction of China’s independent knowledge system, the Party has gone through a development process of deepening its understanding and clarifying its tasks. According to the experience that Marx and Engels had already established the basic theoretical issues of Marxist political economy, such as research paradigm, research object, research assumptions, main line of research, research framework, research method, etc., before founding the theoretical system of political economy, the first task of founding China’s economics also needs to make a scientific explanation of the research paradigm, research object research assumptions, main line of research, theoretical framework, research method, etc..
