The unique challenge of “how to always adhere to the six principles” can be understood from four dimensions: understanding, management, decision-making, and action. The unity of ideological understanding is the foundation and prerequisite for the unity of the entire Party, and it is necessary to make Party members and cadres consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in ideology, politics, and action. In terms of management, it is necessary to cultivate a lean and efficient team of party work talents, and to strictly manage the party organizations that manage personnel and materials in actual departments. In decision-making, we adhere to democratic centralism, ensuring the organic unity of the Party’s leadership, the people’s sovereignty, and the rule of law. In action, we must resolutely implement the guidelines and policies of the Party Central Committee, rectify formalism and bureaucracy. Building a comprehensive and strict governance system for the Party, especially improving the Party’s self revolution system and normative system, is the fundamental solution to solving the unique problems of the big Party. Therefore, we must take multiple measures and always maintain a clear and firm attitude towards solving the unique problems of the big party, and carry out the great self revolution of the party to the end.
