The Western capitalist civilization once greatly promoted the development of productive forces, but the Western capitalist system under the influence of neoliberalism has gradually become a shackle on the development of human society. Nowadays, capitalist civilization, gradually losing its positive role in promoting the development of human society, becomes increasingly reactionary and irrational, as mainly manifested in frequently triggering global ecological crises and climate change crises. It is not accidental; instead, it reflects the inherent contradictions of the capitalist system. The new human civilization created by Chinese modernization is a new form of socialist civilization. It transcends the capitalist civilization and the traditional socialist model, and has made a series of remarkable achievements in the field of the construction of ecological civilization. The new form of human civilization created by Chinese modernization is on the rise and will surely replace the declining Western capitalist civilization.
