Zhou Shaodong,Li jing: Study about Digital New Qualitative Productivity from the Perspective of Political Economics

  In the digital age, the subjective and objective factors of productive system have undergone new changes, resulting in the qualitative transition of productivity, giving birth to new qualitative productivity.The new qualitative productivity is the ability of workers who have mastered a higher level of knowledge and culture to collect, process, analyze, store and transmit data, regarding data as the labor object, taking computers,communication networks, sensors, integrated circuits, automatic control and artificial intelligence control systems as labor materials. This paper holds that productive forces and productive relations constitute the unity of the mode of production, and new qualitative productivity is the result of the systematic transformation of productive mode towards digitization. Therefore, it is necessary to take the initiative to build advanced digital productive relations to accelerate the formation of new qualitative productivity, This is a kind of new qualitative productive relationship, including three aspects, namely, the first is to provide data to guarantee the development of new qualitative productivity with public digital platform, the second is about the organically combined distribution according to digital labor and data elements, the third is regarding with the flexible use of digital technology to improve the efficiency of national macroeconomic governance.
