Social system is a series of social relations stipulated by certain laws and regulations，and is also a series of rules such as laws and regulations that define social relations. The system of socialism with Chinese characteristies is a socialist system other than some other system,and is the unique Chinese system with distinctive Chinese characteristics. It is a great creation in the history of human social system. The development of human system is a process from spontaneous to self-conscious. The system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the achievement of the unity of innovation in theory,practice and system. Adhering to promoting system innovation through theoretical innovation on the basis of practice is the law of the system innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is needed to stick to the law of the unity of opposites and the method of contradiction analysis to strengthen the theoretical study of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.The CPC member's general orientation in the struggle is to unswervingly uphold the leadership of the CPC and the socialist system.
