Socialist economy is a virtuous cycle whose basic requirement is to properly handle various contradictions and promote the six-link virtuous cycle of social production and reproduction, namely science and technology, production,distribution, exchange, consumption and waste disposal. The development of the times and the progress of science and technology expand the social and economic cycle from the original four links to six links, that is, that from“science and technology”as the first link to“waste disposal”as the last link. The six-link cycle constitutes the overall operation chain of the modern socialist economy, whose continual circulation realizes the integration of economic law and natural law and improves the quality of human production mode and life style. The socialist system has built a smooth platform for its virtuous cycle.
