“Three no changes” is the scientific conclusion of the fundamental realities of our country, and the scientific judgment of its development orientation. As a whole, it provides a multidimensional viewpoint to accurately grasp of fundamental realities of our country at the present stage.” Three no changes” connects the theories about the basic national conditions, principal contradictions, international status closely with each other, providing an accurate evluation of China’s basic national conditions and constituting a logical whole for its historical positioning at the preliminary stage of socialism. This paper begins from the connotation of and logical relationship between the “three no changes” and explores the relationship between sticking to the “three no changes” and the general foundation, overall plan and major tasks of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
