Ding Bing:The Relation between China’s Utilizing Foreign Capital and Its National Economic Security

Since China's reform and opening-up policy, a great deal of foreign capital has been introduced blindly. It has gradually expanded M&A scale and gained control over some important industries, thus declassing the dominant position of public economy, which is the biggest threat to the national economic security. Financial risk, especially the risk of huge foreign-exchange reserves, is the striking focus of China's economic security. The present situation mainly results from the influence of neo-liberalist ideology and the deviation from the ego integrity of socialism.
