Today’s new round of scientific and technological revolution is led and promoted by the digital intelligence technology system formed by the great integration of information technology.The digital intelligence technology system is a new technology system that plays a key and leading role in today’s science and technology. It revolves around the real-time formation, storage, transmission, communication, sharing, calculation, analysis, management, use and application of data resources, and supports artificial intelligence to construct models based on massive data, assists the human brain in processing information, and greatly improves the efficiency of the conceptual construction of the human brain. The great emancipation of mental labor promotes a fundamental change in the mode of production: data has become an important production factor that plays a key role, and the production of digital content using data as raw material promotes a change in the mode of cultural production and the culturalization of material production, while at the same time the mode of division of labor and collaboration is also transformed. The capitalist value movement and the logic of capitalism counter to the requirements of the development of the new productive forces, while the socialist value movement and the logic of innovation complement and promote the development of the new productive forces, driving human society into a new form of civilization.
