Marxist ecological philosophy profoundly analyzes the interdependent relationship between human beings and nature, and proposes that human beings should transform and use nature according to the laws of nature, that labor practice is the realistic form of realizing the unity of human beings and nature, and that the harmony between human beings and nature will eventually be realized in a communist society.The scientific nature of its theoretical ideas has pointed out the right direction for solving human ecological and environmental problems. Nowadays, Marxist ecological philosophy is not only not obsolete, but also shows its vitality. Its reality manifests itself in providing ideological and methodological guidance for the correct handling of the relationship between economic development and ecological environmental protection, emphasizing the institutional advantages of coping with the contradictions between man and nature.stressing the dynamic counteraction of socialist ecological civilization, and providing inspiration for the joint construction of global ecological civilization. Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization has realized the creative development of Marxist ecological philosophy. Continuing to enhance the vitality of Marxist ecological philosophy in the new era requires adherence to the unity of inheritance and development, theoretical research and practical concern, and Chinese position and global vision.
