Gao Zhengli、Han Yuchen:Interpreting the Salient Features of the 20th CPC National Congress from a Historical Perspective

Interpreting the salient characteristics of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC) from a historical perspective is conducive to deeply understanding and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress. From the historical perspective, the report to the 20th National Congress of CPC, after summarizing the major work experience and achievements in the past, specifically explains the value and path of opening up a new realm of the sinicization of Marxism in the new era, and highlights the leading role of theoretical innovation. After elaborating on the central work of economic construction, the report specifically and prominently expounds and arranges the work of education, science and technology and talent development, highlighting their basic strategic supporting role in national modernization. The inheritance and innovation in the basic theory, basic line and basic strategy shows the Party’s clear attitude of firmly and courageously moving forward following the established direction and line. The Party’s mission, strategic deployment, and propositions for international issues are all closely aimed at “making the country stronger ”. The spirit of “struggle in solidarity” as the requirements of the times are held high throughout the report.
