Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party. Firmly maintaining national ideological security is an important part of building a socialist ideology with strong cohesive force and leading power in the new era, which is related to the Party’s ruling status and security, and to the national security and survival of the nation. A hierarchical analysis of the national ideological security system from a systematic, holistic and global perspective can be divided into “leadership organization system”, “risk prevention and control system”, “system of legal protections” and “resource guarantee system”, which are closely related and complementary in function. On the basis of the “hierarchical system construction” of the national ideological security system, only by systematically exploring the path of improving the overall ability to maintain national ideological security in the new era can we transform the advantages of the system into governance ability and firmly defend national ideological security.
