The “two establishing” put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the form of a resolution of the Party has profound connotations and meanings, and it is the fundamental theme and primary task of the Party’s political construction in the new era. This is the inevitable result of the evolution of theory, history, and practice, and it is also the concentrated expression of the call of the times, the choice of history,and the aspirations of the people. To deeply grasp its inherent logic, we should put this proposition in the major topic of the times-“what kind of Marxist party exercising long-term governance we should develop and how to develop a Marxist party exercising long-term governance ”-to grasp its practical requirements, strictly insist on the Party’s political discipline and political rules, and resolutely accomplish the “two safeguards”; we should turn the “two establishing” into political consciousness, ideological consciousness, and action consciousness that resolutely accomplish the “two safeguards”.
