The world has undergone great changes unseen in a century, which means that the contemporary world system is undergoing profound adjustments and changes. The emerging market economics and developing countries represented by China have changed the direction of world history since modern times, and the world is developing towards multi-polarization. The “great changes” are the product of “historical synergy”. Their main contents are that the world economic map is being rewritten; the international balance of power has undergone the most revolutionary changes; the new scientific and technological revolution has accelerated the reshaping of the world; the reform of the global governance system has speeded up; the maintenance of the diversity of human civilization has become an irrepressible historical trend. These are the changes of the world, of the times, and of history. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the multi-polarization of the world has accelerated significantly amid the great changes in history, which is an irreversible trend of world historical development.
