The superior discourse system of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is an expression system with different elements and different aspects. It not only includes many concepts, propositions, and assertions, but also forms a variety of discourse forms based on different expressive functions. According to the different functions and stage characteristics of institutional superiority discourse, it can be divided into three types. It includes actual descriptive discourse presented with facts, supposed normative discourse as a principle requirement, and reality with mechanism interpretation as probability discourse. In the new era, in order to promote the value transformation and era innovation of the discourse of the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to refine the actual discourse of the institutional advantages and objectively reflect the actual form of the institutional advantages; in order to innovate the contingent discourses of the institutional advantages, it is necessary to reveal systematically the ideals of the institutional advantages; in order to enrich the discourse on the possibility of institutional advantages, it is necessary to analyze deeply the internal logic of institutional advantages.
