Marx’s interpretation of the connotation and relationship between the “modern history” and “formation history” of capitalist economic relations has important theoretical and methodological significance for understanding the objects and system structure of Das Kapital, and for developing and innovating the objects and system structure of Sinicized Marxist political economy. The century-long history of the Sinicization of Marxist political economy is based on the premise and object of the transformation and development of China’s social and economic relations; and Sinicized Marxist political economy is characterized by the “formation history” of the transformation and evolution of different social economic relations in this process. The theoretical discussion of the meaning of “modern history” in the three “basic economic programs” is also based on the interpretation of “formation history”. Sinicized Marxist political economy takes “formation history” as the object feature, which is not only determined by the essential characteristics of China’s social and economic relations, but also the crystallization of the theoretical innovation and theoretical creation of the Chinese Communist Party’s economic thinking. This is the result of the Chinese Communist Party’s Marxist theoretical style and theoretical quality of advancing with the times, upright and innovative.
