Marxism scholars should combine the three aspects of academic research, theoretical propaganda and policy exploration of Marxism and the comprehensive school of neo-marxist economics has conducted 10 policy innovations since the reform and opening up.The first is the happiness index policy, the best goal of the people-oriented economic and social development; the second is the new accounting policy, with the “GDPW” in China to replace “GDP” indicators in China; the third is the relationship between civilian tax policy, coordinating comprehensive construction and people’s livelihood; the fourth is the financial reality policy, from the deficiency of reality to the declination of deficiency to reality; the fifth is the intellectual property policy, independent innovation key core technology and world famous brand; the sixth is regarding public ownership as the main body and private ownership as assistance policy, there are many all kinds of ownership of public ownership; the seventh is to improve the distribution policy, the main body of which is distribution according to work; the eighth is to improve the welfare policy, and quickly increase the project and proportion of free public welfare; the ninth is to curb inflation policy, which is conducive to the national economy and the people’s livelihood of the important task of macro-control; the tenth is the equal opening policy, and actively counter foreign containment and pursue high-quality opening.
