Since President Xi Jin-ping first systematically expounded“a community of common destiny for all mankind”in the international arena in 2013, the academic circles have made a multilevel discussion on the emergence, development, main contents and basic principles of the notion. And the studies on“a community of common destiny for all mankind”has reached a new climax since the 19th National Congress of the CPC. In general, these researches are mainly embodied in the following seven aspects: namely, studying the relationship between“Marxist community thought”and“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, that between the thought of“Chinese civilization community”and“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, that between“the belt and road initiative”and“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, that among“building a new international relationship”,“reforming global governance”and constructing“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, that between the correct concept of justice and interests and“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, the philosophy of“a community of common destiny for all mankind”, and the overseas researches of the thought. At present, how to deal with the threats and challenges brought by the western hegemony led by the United States to the construction of“a community of common destiny for all mankind”would be the key trend and field for further academic and theoretical exploration.
