On the Ten Mdjor Relationships is a classic in the second combination of Marxism and China's reality.It not only expounds the ten contradictions that must be handled properly in the construction of socialism,but also reveals the basic idea of socialist construction and establishes the ideological basis for the development theory of the Party. At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC，General Secretary Xi Jinping systematically elaborated on five development concepts,namely,innovation,coordination, green development, opening up and sharing. These five concepts represent the trend and scientific direction of development in the world. They demonstrate the profound grasping of the law，direction, and innovative road of development of human society.
