     Release time: 2017-04-29

Still at the preliminary stage of socialism, China is having relatively low and unbalanced productive forcesand its economic base is not entirely public ownership, with social division of labor, class and polarization still present. Internationallycapitalism dominates and hostile forces exist who want to Westernize and divide China. Under such domestic and international circumstancesclass struggle will exist for a long time and may intensify under certain conditions. The law is the embodiment of the interests and will of the ruling class and the means to govern a country. There is no fundamental conflict between the concept of lawthe rule of lawclass interests and class struggle. In China, the socialist rule of law and people's democratic dictatorship are closely connected and internally unified.
