Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee led by Xi Jinping has accurately analyzed the times and situations both abroad and at home,and accordingly points out that China’s diplomatic work in the new age aims at serving “Two Centenary Goals” and the realization of China Dream,rebuilding China’s international figure as a responsible power, participating in global governance, and giving great impetus to the general diplomatic ideologies with Chinese characteristics. The innovative development on diplomatic strategies and detailed tactics at three levels enriches China ’s diplomatic practices, demonstrates China’s diplomatic styles of big power, and has achieved fruitful attainment.
