As the latest accomplishment in Marxism localization in view of the development of global industrial revolution,thoughts on national governance and political administration including the “Five Concepts” by the Party Central Committee led by Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, are considered as “Marxism in the epoch of Third Industrial Revolution ” represented by the emerging “The Internet of Things”. Xi’s speech at the seminar of provincial and minister cadres’ studying the implementation of the spirit of the 5^th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee systematically and integrally build up the theory on socialism co-sharing, and lays a solid foundation for the construction of Chinese disclosure in the age of “The Internet of Things”.The emergence of “innovators” as the major constructiveforce of  “platform for Sharism” signifies that the Internet of Things could become a co-sharing and constructing platform designed for “broadly collecting people’s wisdom,extensively inspiring people’s innovation”,and primarily demonstrating the probability of separating mass as “major producers” from the “exchange value system dictated by capitalism”.The unification of “social sharing” and “individuals’ development in a liberal and comprehensive way” reflects “co-sharing & co-constructing”.With “universal development in a liberal and comprehensive way” as major parts in co-sharing and co-constructing society of the highest level,the new stage helps propel the transformation of “innovators” from “community of free individuals” to “individuals developing in a comprehensive way”,signifying the liberation of every major producer from the “exchange value system dictated by capitalism”,which is conducive to gradually carrying forward socialist co-sharing with Chinese characteristics and the revitalization of Chinese nation,and promoting the probe into new thoughts, namely the strategy for widespread entrepreneurship and innovation on the solution to “surplus labors” in industrial transformation in the near future.New methods, thoughts and strategy would facilitate the achievement of the short-term goals and long-term vision of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
