In recent years, domestic studies on the socialism institution with Chinese characteristics primarily laid out fundamental researches on conceptual connotations, historical development,characteristics and advantages,self-improvement and development or etc. Secondly, general researches on the socialism institution with Chinese characteristics attempts to make some breakthroughs. Thirdly, keynote researches would center on core concepts such  as the confidence of the system, the  modernization of national governance,rule of law.Admittedly,this kind  of researches has made fruitful achievements while self-evident limitations and problems remain. The subsequent institutional researches on the socialism with Chinese characteristic call for deeper study and understanding of the essence of relevant central governmental documents and the necessity for shoring up basic issues of the socialism institution with Chinese characteristic.Besides,such studies also require reflecting on researching methods as well as deepening and expanding researching scope and significant issues.
