To deepen the reform of rural collective property right system and to develop the strength of rural collective economy, we have to clarify several basic concepts and connotations of rural collective economy from the perspective of law.Collective economy, with plenty forms, is the combination and cooperation of laboring people. The collective ownership of land system applied in our country is decided by national

condition.From our own practice, the traditional collective economic organization with public ownership of production is quite distinctive from the cooperative collective economic organization.To further develop rural collective economy, we have to energetically explore effective realization forms and make clear of the ownership of collective economy and effective realization forms of it. We have to value and enhance efforts in endowing rights to collective property and other aspects.
