The outbreak of financial crisis in 2008 declared the end of golden ages for globalization and informatization at the outset of 21th Century. Moreover, the

capitalist world system is wandering on the fringe of decay and recession.The mechanism for institution and operation has reemerged as a focus which once again inspired the left wing trend of thought to analyze, judge and criticize for capitalist system.
