New liberalism and Marxism clashed on the issues of the reform of state-owned enterprises. The former opposes the state-owned  economy, objects to enhancing state-owned enterprise competitiveness through reforms, and encourages  the development of the mixed  ownership  economy with the dominance of  private economy and foreign economy,and etc.In 2015, General Secrectary Xi Jinping addressed a speech in Jilin Province to clarify a series of theoretical and practical issues concerning the reform of state-owned enterprises in the process of comprehensively deepening the reform,which we should seriously study and implement.
