Ideological discourse power highly reflects national soft power. It is the core of national interests to master ideological discourse power in international competition. As its reform and opening up goes further,China is increasing integrated into the rest of the world and has more and more exchanges and cooperation with the western countries.The latter not only exports a sea of cultural products containing the  western values into China,but also arbitrarily measures China against the western standards in the international arena, which squeezes and even weakens Chinese discourse power of Marxist ideology.It is particularly important to attach great significance to constructing discourse power with Chinese ideology in the global competition,upgrade Chinese characteristic and ideas of development to Chinese discourse power,tell good Chinese stories and convey our confidence in Marxism theory, path and system to the world.
