Source: Studies On Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping Theories.2013 .No 5.      Release time: 2014-11-19
As long as imperialist economic form and itseconomic base still exist, the scientific meaning of the word monopoly in Chinese should adapt to it,cannot be arbitrarilychanged. At present, the state-owned enterprises are called monopoly enterprises in our country's economic opinions, which mainly is in relation with some people aping blindly the western bourgeois economics. The applying of the concept of

monopoly of the western economics for state-owned enterprises,is a kind of conceptual confusion, is to deny state-ownedeconomy as the core of public ownership economy, and to blatantly deny of the relevant solemn provisions of the newChinese law;Aping monopoly category of western economics to explain the state-owned enterprises of socialism marketeconomy, is theoretically retrogression.
