In order to correctly understand the market reform in Chinaincluding the problem of the“market play a decisive role in resources allocation” which wasproposed in the Third Plenary Session ofthe 18th Central Committee of the CPC.We must rely onDeng Xiaoping theory,especially about hiseconomic theory to analyze theproblems. To sum up,we must firmly graspone point about Deng Xiaoping economic theory.The market economy is the method of the development production and regulating the economy;and the market economy is bound to the social basic economic system; publicownership can make market economy and market economy should be subordinated to and service to the basic economic system; themarket economy must take the function of market and government together.
