To promote the sinicization of Marxism doesn’t mean “the basic principles of Marxism can’tsolve Chinese issues.” Contraily, the Marxism basic principle is universal truth, it will never be out of season. Thefundamental principles of Marxism -Leninism should be distinguished from the concrete conclusions of the analysis ofconcrete problems for the basic principles of Marxism are not the accumulation of the answers of concrete practicalproblems. The root of the Theory System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristic is the basic principles of Marxism thusthe two should not be set against each other.
