In order to identify the root cause for ecological crisis and to resolve the crisis，it is necessary to study the relationship between capital and ecology.Due to  its“principle of utility，”capital necessarily views and understands nature in a utilitarian manner，so as to turn it into a tool;and the“principle of accretion" also determines that the capital’s utilization and destruction of nature is endless.By nature，capital is anti-ecological .The ecological problem that has emerged recently is ultimately a problem of social system .But of course，while recognizing the opposition between capital and ecology，we should also analyze the complex relationship between them，so that a reasonable tension can be maintained between the restriction and use of the logic of capital，and that minimal harm can be done to nature by capital in its pursuit of profit maximization.
